Plan-Based Bidding
For builders and larger project teams, we can review drawings, understand the cabinet scope, and provide organized pricing based on the plans and project direction.
A cabinetry resource built around communication, thoughtful selections, practical problem solving, and a professional experience for the people you work with.
Acacia combines hands-on remodeling and cabinetry experience with a thoughtful approach to finishes, selections, and presentation.
We understand that cabinetry plays a major role in both the function and perception of a finished project. Our goal is to support builders and remodelers with organized communication, collaborative problem solving, and a professional client experience throughout the process.
Whether we’re bidding from plans, assisting with cabinetry selections, helping navigate layout decisions, or solving difficult remodel conditions, we approach every project with the mindset that our work reflects directly on the people we collaborate with.
While most of our work has been directly with homeowners, Acacia Trade was created as a way to intentionally build long-term relationships with builders, remodelers, restoration companies, and project teams looking for a more collaborative cabinetry resource.
Every project is different. Some need a clean bid from plans. Others need field measurements, client conversations, layout help, finish guidance, or creative problem solving around existing conditions.
For builders and larger project teams, we can review drawings, understand the cabinet scope, and provide organized pricing based on the plans and project direction.
For remodelers, we can assist with cabinet conversations, layouts, product direction, and selections when your customer needs help understanding the best path forward.
Existing homes rarely cooperate perfectly. We bring hands-on remodeling experience to help navigate fillers, layout changes, field conditions, and details that affect the finished result.
Builders and remodelers usually come to cabinetry from different angles. The page is built to speak to both without pretending every project follows the same process.
When the project is driven by plans, specifications, and production timing, we focus on clarity and execution.
Remodels often require more collaboration, especially when cabinetry affects layout, function, budget, and customer expectations.
This is not meant to be a full catalog. It is a starting point for understanding how Acacia can support different project needs, budgets, and levels of customization.
A practical option for budget-conscious projects, quick-turn needs, rentals, secondary spaces, or projects where standard sizes and finishes make sense.
Explore StockA strong middle ground with more finish, door, and sizing flexibility than stock cabinetry while still keeping the process more streamlined than full custom.
Explore Semi-CustomBuilt-to-fit cabinetry for projects where layout, finish, storage, and details need to be designed around the space instead of forced into standard boxes.
Explore CustomCabinetry can be one of the most visible and decision-heavy parts of a project. We take that seriously.
If we are part of a homeowner meeting, our role is to bring clarity, helpful guidance, and a calm professional presence — not confusion, pressure, or competing agendas.
Sara is not positioned as a full-time designer, but she does occasionally assist with product and finish selections. That helps us bring a thoughtful eye to cabinetry decisions without overstating the role.
We care about how information is presented. Organized proposals, clear cabinet paths, and clean communication help clients feel more confident in the decision-making process.
We are not trying to be the cheapest cabinet option. We are trying to build strong working relationships with people who value communication, quality, and trust.
Some projects begin with plans. Others begin with a customer, a rough layout, or a remodel problem that needs to be solved.
